EMBRATUR CANCELLATION RULES Regulatory Deliberation nº 161/95 Embratur Cancellation means the cancellation of the trip and/or contracted services as well as changes of dates, expressed in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail. The cancellation rules will be applied according to the following percentages on the total value of the package (consider business days): 

30 days or more before the Check-in = 30% 

29 to 21 days before Check-in = 60% 

20 to 07 days before Check-in = 60% 

06 days or less = 100% (Retention for administrative costs).

No-show: Non-attendance on the expected date of arrival without prior written communication will be considered a no-show. 

The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of the scheduled arrival.

After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT.

Withdrawal after the check-in: The withdrawal, as well as the early departure for any reason SHALL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT ON ANOTHER HOTEL, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or day.

PETS - Rules - we must be informed of the arrival of the mascot in advance and at the time of booking. Not all apartments are prepared to receive them and if there is none of these available, the entrance of the animal may be denied. - As the apartments are close together, we ask you to bring only educated and quiet animals. The barks and noises, at any time and especially at night, should be contained. If, when alone in the apartment, they start to bark, mew or make noises, the owner will be notified and you should stay with your pet to calm him or take him to walk away from the apartments. - Any damage caused by the animal, inside or outside the apartment, must be reimbursed.

- While in the common area, that is, outside the apartment, they should always be with a leash and guide in the hand or the lap of a responsible adult of age. They can not be alone while free at all. - Do not let them climb on the beds or furniture in the apartment or outside it.

- Every day in the morning, a schedule must be agreed for the apartment to be cleaned. For this the animal must be removed for the entrance of the maids. If an hour is not agreed or the animal is not removed at the agreed time the apartment may not be cleaned and a cleaning fee will be charged. The daily cleaning of the apartment is mandatory. - We are not responsible for diseases and neither for the loss or accidents occurred with the animal inside or outside the inn, even at the time of cleaning. Please bring sacks for the walks through the garden. - The hotel does not have a kennel.
